I booked a room at Apollinaire because I thought the location was good and also, I really liked the way this hotel looked in the pictures they posted on booking.com - but I didn't check the reviews. Before arriving, I read some reviews and to my surpise, they weren't really good and they made me a little bit nervous about my stay there. The truth is , the hotel doesn't look exactly like in the pictures. The decor of the rooms is the same, but what you don't see in the pictures is that the walls and the furniture are a little bit old and degraded and there is some dust here and there. But in my opinion, this were minor downsides. The location is absolutely great if you plan to visit Paris, it is very close to 2 metrostations ( Vavin and Edgar Quinet) and you have all connections that you need to get around the city. The breakfast is simple yet qualitative and delicious. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was actually really cosy and warm , the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft , bathroom was ok too. Towels were changed whenever it was needed, the bed was made everyday. Overall , the hotel was nice and I would definitely come back . If you book early ,it's a good value for the price.

The location is great. Hundreds of different shops, restaurants, bars & cafes to choose from all within walking distance. The Edgar Quintet market & Metro stop is right down the street. I love the history of Montparnasse. This is where the very essence of Modern Art was born. The Montparnasse Tower is also close by & it has an observation deck on the 56th floor with a 360-view of Paris that should not be missed. The staff at the Hotel were very accommodating. The rooms are quaint & dormlike, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The large french windows open to the outside so you can lean outside. The hardwood floors are clean, the bed is long & comfy, I'm 6'4". It has a mini fridge, TV, free WiFi & a small closet. The shower was awesome. They offer a decent breakfast, although we skipped out to take advantage of all the places close by. Also, the cleaning staff was on point they did an excellent job. No Bed Bugs! 😃

wonderful location. metro station no. 6 is 80m away, while other stations are 300m away. easy arrival from the airport rer B train. the area is quiet with many wonderful restaurants, bistros, cafes. during the weekend, market stalls were set up on the setalist, and artists with their works the next day. the staff is very friendly, the hygiene is for 10, the breakfast is quite decent. we did not notice the noise described by some guests, because we were tired every day from spending time in Paris. although there were sunny days, it was cold. kudos to the hotel, because they heated it. we had a room with an extended size double bed, the comfort is quite satisfactory. the room has a separate bathroom and toilet.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The reception team was warm and friendly, and I especially remember Daisy, she and her colleague made check-in a breeze. Their kindness and professionalism set the perfect tone for my stay.Oh The location couldn’t have been better. It is very convenient and well-situated. My room was just right for me, with a comfy queen bed and a balcony that offered beautiful views. But the real highlight was the spotless bathtub! :) Every night, I treated myself to a long, soothing soak, and it made my stay even more special. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making my visit so enjoyable. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back! :)

Hotel is centrally located, 2 minute walk to Edgar Quinnet station, 5 minute walk to Gare Montparnasse station, 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower. I loved the area, very safe, variety of restaurants to choose from. Friendly/warm poeple. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, we even made friends on Rue Odessa pizza restaurant. I will definitely book this hotel again when Im in Paris. Staff on the hotel are very accomodating and helpful. Daisy at the front desk is such a sweet lady. Always ready to help.
